Jasmina's career began long before most people in the industry even knew what body contouring was.
"I've been in the industry for over two decades," Jasmina explains. "I first started because I was in love with body sculpting treatments. I was going out and trying every single sculpting treatment that was available — and then I decided to specialise."
Her early years working in luxury spas on cruise ships gave her a global perspective on wellness and aesthetics. But as she matured in her practice, something shifted.
"As I was getting older, I realised it's more about sculpting — and my passion became lymphatic drainage. It's not only about the visual side of things, but the health benefits: nervous system regulation, detoxification, so much more. Those two things together give fabulous, long-lasting results for clients."

The transition from treating clients to training therapists is one that few navigate successfully. For Jasmina, it came from a gap she witnessed firsthand.
"I was working in one of the famous Liverpool spas, and I realised with the new girls coming in how much they were missing — how few opportunities there were for them to learn properly. That's when I thought: why shouldn't I start teaching, share all my knowledge and expertise with younger generations?"
Today, Roseline Academy is shaping the careers of therapists across the UK. And for Jasmina, the impact goes far beyond technique.
"Seeing my students' transformation in their lives — that's the most rewarding part. So many have gone from full-time office jobs to flexible hours, spending more time with their families. Some started as a side income and now run six-figure clinics. Some have even started teaching themselves. That's incredible to watch."

Before Zemits, Jasmina's practice was built on manual wood therapy and Brazilian Maderotherapy techniques — hands-on treatments she still loves. But the addition of Zemits technology changed the game.

"So many people advertise lymphatic drainage on social media with before-and-after pictures. But when it comes to actual lymphatic work, I focus on the health benefits. Many of my clients are perimenopausal or menopausal ladies dealing with fluid retention, constipation, swollen legs, hormonal imbalance, and anxiety. All of these are indicators that lymphatic drainage can help."

"Pressotherapy with Sisley 2.0 is basically lymphatic drainage in a suit — it saves time compared to manual drainage, and I can mix it with manual techniques or with body wraps. I apply cellulite-reduction or skin-tightening wraps, then put the client in pressotherapy. It's not much hands-on work for me, but it's deeply relaxing and beneficial for the client."
And for recovery? "At the end of the day, after being on my feet treating clients all day, if I have a spare minute, you'll find me in the pressotherapy suit. I usually just do legs and belly, and it makes a huge difference."

In one of the most competitive aesthetics markets in the world, what's Jasmina's advice for practitioners trying to stand out?
"Invest in yourself and your knowledge. Become confident. And — less is more. I'd rather focus on a very few treatments, master them, and know your stuff inside out. The main difference between someone running an incredible business and someone who isn't doing well is not in the knowledge or the treatment itself. It's down to confidence. Pick a niche, go deep, and own it."

Never one to stand still, Jasmina has big plans for 2026–2027.
"I've been looking at the Zemits EndoLuxx Pro for cellulite treatment. I think that will go brilliantly with the rest of my body sculpting treatments. On the training side, I'm running masterclasses on post-operative care, and we have our first UK conference for post-operative care in the pipeline. New treatments, new courses — there's always something happening."
