Cellulite on the thighs
Cellulite develops when fibrous connective tissue bands, known as septae, pull down on the skin while underlying tissue pushes upwards, creating a dimpled appearance. This can be particularly noticeable on the back and sides of the thighs, even when the body is at rest.
Uneven skin texture beneath the buttocks
The area immediately below the gluteal fold can be particularly challenging to treat. Natural skin folds, movement and uneven tissue distribution can make dimpling more noticeable, affecting the appearance of smooth, defined contours.

How Each Session Contributed
Ruslana structured the five-session programme around two complementary QuMotion technologies.
Before every treatment: Skin preparation
Zemits DazzleSkin Massage Oil was applied to the thighs, buttocks and abdomen before each session. It provides smooth, consistent roller movement, helping to minimise friction and support comfortable treatment delivery. Formulated with grapeseed, sweet almond and avocado oils, it nourishes and softens the skin, leaving it feeling supple and conditioned.
Treatment 1: Gentle lymphatic drainage with VivoFlow™
The first session focused on fluid movement and tissue preparation. Ruslana began with the VivoFlow™ applicator, featuring smooth, rounded microspheres. Using low speed and gentle pressure, she treated the thighs, buttocks and abdomen with controlled movements following lymphatic drainage pathways.

Treatments 2-5: Skin smoothing and contouring with QuSculpt™

The programme initially concentrated on the posterior and lateral thighs and beneath the buttocks, where cellulite was most noticeable. Subsequent treatments incorporated more intensive mechanical massage across the abdomen, thighs and buttocks.
