10 sessions — and this client's waist, back, and abdomen looked noticeably more toned, with a smoother surface and a more defined contour.

A 37-year-old client came in wanting sharper contour definition: a blurred waistline, uneven-looking texture across the back and flanks, and a softened abdominal contour.

Giezi Chacón built a sequence in which each step prepares the tissue for the next:

Lymphatic prep → Roller massage → Vacuum-RF → Ultrasonic cavitation

The Esthetician Behind the Protocol: Giezi Chacón

Client: female, 37
Fitzpatrick type: IV
Area: waist, back, abdomen
Session length: 45 min
Protocol goal: a more toned, lifted-looking appearance and a smoother contour

Blurred waist definition

The skin's visible surface tone is held by the collagen-and-elastin scaffold of the dermis. As that firmness declines, the skin sits over the underlying tissue with less tension — and the waist-to-back transition reads as softened.

Uneven-looking texture on the back and flanks

The subcutaneous layer is divided by connective-tissue partitions, or septa. When they pull on the skin unevenly and pockets of the subcutaneous layer press up against the dermis, the surface looks bumpy and reflects light unevenly — texture reads as more pronounced than it actually is.

Softened abdominal contour

Here the cause isn't texture but how taut the skin sits over the subcutaneous layer and how that layer is distributed: with less support beneath it, the shift in form reads softly, without a clear line.

Takeaway:

skin tension, the state of the septa, and how the subcutaneous layer is distributed each create a different visual effect — so prepare the tissue first, then work the surface tone, and only then the contour.

Giezi ran the protocol in the following sequence:

Step 1. Lymphatic prep

What was done:
before any device work, Giezi activates the lymphatic points to prime the zones.

Why:
to move excess surface fluid so the contour reads more sharply.

What happens in the skin:
gentle manual stimulation reduces temporary puffiness — since excess surface fluid also softens the lines.

Step 2. Roller massage

What was done:
work with the Zemits Qumotion applicator together with Zemits DazzleSkin oil across the waist and back, ~5 min per zone (10 min total).

Why:
to make the tissue more pliable and warmer.

What happens in the skin:
the rhythmic compression and shear of the rotating rollers mechanically mobilize the soft tissue and even out skin tension over the connective-tissue septa while the oil keeps the glide friction-free — leaving the surface looking smoother.

Step 3. Vacuum-RF — EndoRF L

What was done:
the EndoRF L applicator on the Zemits Bionexis Lite Pro, with Zemits FirmaLuxe vacuum-RF cream, ~5 min per zone. The handpiece combines vacuum-roller manipulation of the skin fold with radiofrequency and infrared light.

Why:
after the warm-up, to shift from general mobilization to a toned, lifted-looking finish and cleaner line definition.

What happens in the skin:
the vacuum lifts the skin into a fold and secures it against the handpiece, the roller glides across it and evens out tissue tension over the septa, and the radiofrequency warms the zone uniformly from within — right after the pass the skin sits with more tension, and the contour looks more lifted and defined. Infrared light makes the pass gentler, and FirmaLuxe cream delivers even warmth across the whole zone.

Step 4. Ultrasonic cavitation

What was done:
targeted work with the Ultra C applicator on the Zemits Bionexis Lite Pro over the abdomen — 20 min (15 min on the second day of the course), in continuous motion with Zemits FirmingGenius Pro peptide conductive gel.

Why:
the abdomen is a separate target with its own goal of a smoother, more defined contour.

What happens in the skin:
low-frequency ultrasonic energy works the abdominal zone precisely, while the conductive gel keeps the handpiece gliding evenly and the surface comfortable throughout the pass.

Why It Worked Together

Course cadence: 3 sessions a week,~2 days apart, over about a month — 10 sessions total with the Zemits Qumotion and Zemits Bionexis Lite Pro.

One session (~45 min):

  • Lymphatic prep — activating the lymphatic points to prime the zones.
  • Roller massage — waist and back, ~5 min per zone with DazzleSkin oil.
  • Vacuum-RF — ~5 min per zone, with FirmaLuxe cream.
  • Ultra C cavitation — day 1: 20 min on the abdomen; day 2: the same massage focused on the waist, finishing with 15 min of cavitation on the abdomen, using FirmingGenius Pro conductive gel.

After the very first session the client noticed a difference in texture and a more toned look — and watched the effect build over the following days

After the month-long course, the zone looked:

  • smoother in surface texture
  • more toned and lifted
  • with a sharper waistline
  • with a more defined abdominal contour
  • more polished and refreshed-looking
  • Sequence decides the result. Prep and roller massage first, energy and cavitation after: warmed tissue responds better, and the surface already looks more even from the start.
  • Split goals by zone. Waist and back were worked for tone; the abdomen separately for contour.
  • The right medium at every step. DazzleSkin — a comfortable glide and a more polished-looking skin surface; FirmaLuxe — even warmth and a consistent result zone to zone; FirmingGenius Pro — even coverage with no gaps.
  • Home support locks in the look. A balanced diet and shapewear for a few hours help the result hold between visits.
